About Us
Avender Light Decor is owned and operated by the dynamic team James and Sarah Avender who founded their business in 2005. They began with only a few residential clients and have grown to provide both residential and commercial lighting installations, which range from townhomes to industrial properties to even movie sets and weddings.
With over ten years of experience installing residential and commercial Christmas lighting, James is truly an expert in his field. He brings a strong electrical background from his years of training at BCIT and over fifteen years of experience working with ladders and lift equipment.
Sarah also has extensive experience installing residential and commercial Christmas lighting and over ten years of customer service experience. She has a solid business background and a creative flare from her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree obtained at Simon Fraser University.
